Shipping policy

· Shipments are made on Wednesdays of each week, if it is an urgent shipment, an exception can be made as long as it is not possible (especially in the personalized ones that are made from 0 for each person).

· Shipping costs are calculated on the last payment page.

· Depending on the transport company shipments to the Canary Islands can last between 3 -7 days and shipments to the peninsula between 5-15 days.

· Shipments to the US unbelievable can take between 10 and 30 days.

· We have no way of accelerating the shipping process but we will always be available to solve all possible doubts or monitor.

· Keep in mind that if you choose the ordinary letter option, it has no follow -up number

· After the modification of the new VAT regulations on electronic commerce, which has entered into force on 07/01/2021, the client will be responsible for any payment requested by the Post Official at the arrival of the package to Peninsula in concept of customs and taxes.
